Tape-In Installation + Theory Video – One of the fastest methods to install but it's also the method that can cause pain and damage if not done correctly. In this 45-minute video, you will see Deb thoroughly teach you a Tape-In installation on a live model. She adds in pointers on common mistakes and how to avoid them. You will also learn how to install single-sided extensions for clients with fine hair.

Waterfall Weft Installation + Theory Video – Monti Academy will always teach No tight tension, No over-direction and Equal weight with all our methods. In our Waterfall Beaded Weft video, we show you a different approach for a safer and more comfortable install. There is more to an extension service than just the install. All Courses start with our signature 2-hour Theory video to watch first. Theory is included in the price. No need to buy separately, we provide it for the best extension education experience. We want you to know the "Why" before we teach you the "How". The Theory video correlates with your workbook. All you need to do is follow along and take notes! 

Theory Video- In this prerequisite video, we will go over how to give a successful Consultation, the different Methods available and how to help your client choose the right one. Theory covers How to Sell the Service, The Hair, The Methods, Color Matching, After-Care, How to Order and briefly touches base on Marketing yourself. 

All videos come with a workbook and a Monti kit to get you started. The Monti Kit includes all tools, supplies and practice hair for your installation training. We modified the application method to give your clients a comfortable, damage-free installation. Monti's Waterfall Beaded Weft method creates a stronger foundation and better support than other weft methods for longer wear and comfort for your clients. Our Waterfall Beaded Weft technique can be used with Hand-tied or Machine wefts for customized installs.
