Deb Monti, co-owner of Milvali Salon with locations in San Francisco and Mill Valley, is an award-winning extensionist whose work has earned top recognition from Allure, Racked SF, Short Cuts, Mane Addicts and San Francisco Magazine. The extension industry was developing a bad reputation and I felt compelled to make a change, so I created Monti Extensions and Academy, an intensive education program for stylists and a superior line of extensions for clients.”
